Case study: A Website for Reddings Corporate Law
Clients and customers have continuously changing expectations about how they interact with your business, how they access and receive information – the world of the web.
In rapidly changing times how do you continue to present your skills and services in a way that attracts them? How do you keep pace yet stay in control of how you present your business?

Background
Diana Redding is a successful corporate lawyer, in business for 25 years. She knows what her customers want and how they expect to be treated. What she did not have was a website and knew that this fell short of customers’ expectations. This meant she may be missing new clients and that there may be some business efficiencies to gain. She knew what she wanted – a website that did what it said on the tin and reflected her non-nonsense professionalism.
In-Text Design’s Involvement
Diana approached In-Text Design after receiving an email from us asking if she would be interested in reviewing the way her company presented itself to potential clients; making sure they were maximising impact, creating a picture of their credentials and service in an impactful way. Diana wanted to start by filling the gap – creating a website – and potentially over time move on to review the rest of her brand presentation.
IN-TEXT Design’s Solution
- Designing a web site – one that over time might be rolled-out into all of the Company’s branding, not just a brand for the web.
- Designing and creating interactive forms - so that clients could provide basic information and complete standard forms on-line, meeting their expectations and saving the Company time
- Building the web site – a design that reflected the Company’s values and approach and one that was simple for Diana to update.
